As co-founder and CEO of Omnidesk, Benjamin owned the P&L across strategy, ecommerce, growth, lifecycle, retail, technology and product.
Most of a manager's week, he found, is routing information from one place to another, not making judgement calls. So he built the routing: a roadshow POS built in 3 days and live at the next trade show, and a daily operating briefing that replaced 2 hours of weekly reporting with 5 minutes of reading.
